     7 County Home Inspection offers a fully CERTIFIED home inspector with a combination of over 10 years experience in home inspection, real estate, construction and remodeling.
     We are certified through InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and through AHIT's (American Home Inspectors Training) master course ,one of the nations largest and most respected Home Inspection Training organizations. I am President of InterNachi MN local chapter. In addition I am a certified Thermal Infrared Home Inspector and member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) and an Associate member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
     Minnesota currently has no licensing requirements, which means just anyone can call themselves an inspector with no training or affiliation with a major National Association as listed above. Some Inspectors are just local chapter members with no education requirements. BE CAREFUL!! This is why you need to make sure your inspector is certified, a member in a nationally recognized organization and is independent of outside influences.
