A 48-year old man who was sentenced in Twin Falls County in October of 1999 to life in prison has been found dead in a Maximum Security Prison cell. Idaho Department of Correction staff found Donald Peters Shriver, unconscious in his cell on Sunday at 11:12 p.m. Shriver was rushed to a Boise hospital where he was pronounced dead.
